食文化研究所受講生のためのワークショップ「Minching Tapping Drumming」
このデザインレッスンは、「料理」と「印刷」が重なる場所をつくる試みだ。二つの世界が重なる不思議な場所「結節点」を探っている。料理から見えている風景は、果たして印刷可能なのだろうか。ふりかけを作る工程とグラフィックデザインを作る工程を重ね、一つの行為で二つのアウトプットが生成された。

This design lesson is an attempt to create a place where “cooking” and “printing” overlap. We explore the mysterious “nodal points” where the two worlds intersect. Can the scenery revealed through cooking truly be printed? By layering the process of making furikake with the process of graphic design, two different outputs were generated from a single act.
